AI services that sell today

Robin Trepte8 min read

Clients do not buy “AI”. They buy a result they need this week and cannot produce cleanly themselves. The offers below have a fixed deliverable, a job you can do with the tools in this shop, and no programming requirement. The prices are worked examples, not a promise about the market.

Five offers with a deliverable

  • Rewrite the about page and the services page. Deliverable: two pages plus a short tone sheet, one round of corrections. You need a 45-minute conversation and the old text.
  • A prompt pack for a team. Deliverable: ten prompts for jobs the team repeats every week, each with an example and a note on when it fails. You need a list of their real tasks, not your guess.
  • Offer drafts. Deliverable: one template plus three written offers based on the client’s real enquiries. You need their last three offers as a pattern.
  • An image set for an offer or a menu. Deliverable: eight images in one look, plus the prompts so the client can add more. You need three reference images from them.
  • A monthly note from the meeting. Deliverable: one page from a recording, with decisions, open questions and names. As a small retainer, not a one-off piece of craft.

How to calculate the first price

Take the hours you will really need the first time, including the conversation and the correction. Multiply by an hourly rate you already charge for other work — if you have none, try €60 as a test. Add a flat fee for the correction round, instead of promising unlimited changes.

Example: the prompt pack. Conversation 1 hour, building and testing 4 hours, correction 1 hour. 6 × €60 = €360. Starting below that is a learning price, not a lasting one. You go above it once the second pack only takes three hours, because the library exists.

What you need to be able to do — and what you don’t

You need to turn the client’s job into a prompt, check the result against their material, and fold in one round of comments. You do not need to code, train a model, or own an agency stack. The limit is honest: if the client wants software that runs without you, that is a different offer. Then you point them at Your first AI automation, with no code and sell the smaller version first, the draft.

What the first sentence to a client sounds like

A short offer
I will write you ten prompts for the jobs your team repeats every week — offers, follow-ups, meeting notes.

For each prompt you get: the text to copy, a filled example from your material, and a note on when not to use it.
I need a list of ten jobs and one example you already like for each.
One round of corrections is included. A fixed price, named before I start. Delivery one week after the conversation.

The frame from the first job to the invoice is in The AI Freelancer. How the work becomes money at all is in The AI Business, and the offer and the handover are in AI Consulting. Over time those ten prompts become the library in Your own prompt library in 30 min a week.
