Withdrawal policy
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Digital content is subject to the following rules.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the deadline it is enough that you send the notice before the withdrawal period has expired. Replace “(at)” in the email address with “@”.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.
We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
Early expiry for digital content
The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if we have begun performance after you have expressly consented to our beginning performance before the end of the withdrawal period, and you have acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun. Performance begins when the download is made available.
Voluntary guarantee
In addition to the statute, we refund the purchase price if you tell us in text form, within 14 days of the purchase, that you are using this guarantee. The guarantee still applies if the statutory right of withdrawal has already ended because the download has started. Statutory rights remain in place alongside it.
